hahaz e April batch of recruits juz came into Tekong this week! A pity couldn't see them because booked out late yesterday...hahaz dunnoz yz but it's always a joy to see these unwilling teenage kids and uneasy parents coming in into Pulau Tekong Ferry terminal looking all tense and throwing the sergeants suspicious glances...probably because those were e exact expressions we gave when we first came into tekong...and it juz seems so funny now bcuz after coming thru it we realise tt there really ain't much to army...juz follow e rules, be disciplined, take care of yourself and your equipment and have a positive attitude and army does have its fair share of pleasurable and memorable experiences...it may be tough physically and mentally, but den once u have completed it u will feel a sense of achievement and be glad tt u have done it and then after a while u will be looking for more challenges to tackle n new things to learn=) hahaz anyway all e best to those who have juz gone in and do enjoy your BMT because it is really going to be e most enjoyable part of your 2 years in army (REALLY!!)

hmmmzz going into 4th week at SISPEC...so far e first 3 weeks we have mostly been taking lessons...like navigation, signalling, section weapons, mines, explosives...next week gonna be e time where we go chiong sua and apply dem...sergeant said it's gonna be tough...and I hope I'll get thru it wif flying colours because i really hope to be 1 of 20 to make e jump to OCS at e 6th week...

U know everytime when I feel like I'm losing my strength, everytime when I feel like giving up...I can always count on your silent encouragement to give me tt extra push and nudge...and your smile to bring sunshine to e darkest days...
